Football camp with Malmö FF

What the camp looked like

The training sessions follow the same concept as Malmö FF's summer academy, led by experienced coaches from the club. Participants are divided into groups by age and experience, and both outfield players and goalkeepers receive training adapted to their role. The focus is on technique, game understanding and enjoyment on the pitch – no prior experience is required beyond enjoying playing football.

What was included

• Four days of training for both outfield players and goalkeepers.
• Light refreshments every day.
• Shirt, shorts, socks and a gym bag.
• A ball, which participants kept after the camp ended.

Day by day

1. Day 1

   Introduction, group allocation and technical exercises with the ball. Goalkeepers began their own track with basic positioning and footwork.

2. Day 2

   Passing, receiving and turning in small spaces, followed by play on smaller pitches.

3. Day 3

   Attacking play, finishing and team combinations. Goalkeepers practised saving technique and distribution.

4. Day 4

   Match play and a closing session where all participants took their kit and their ball home.
