Application form

Fill in the details below and we'll calculate the fee straight away based on school form, period and any add-ons. The application is not binding – the school will get back to you with a decision on a place.

Takes about 5 minutes. Your answers are saved as you go, so you can pause and continue later in the same browser.

1. The pupil

We need the pupil's name, ID number and date of birth to register the application.

Nationality determines which type of ID document we ask for.
School name and location, e.g. Sofia Distans, Stockholm
Allergies, need for extra support or anything else we should know

2. Schooling

The term determines both the grade we suggest and which fee applies.

The autumn term starts in September, the spring term in January.
A full term or full year is most common. Short stays apply to shorter visits and have a lower enrolment fee.

Fill in the date of birth above so we can work out the right grade and school form.

Years 7–9 are studied via Sofia Distans and sixth form via Hermods, with on-site teacher support.
2026-09-02 (start of term)
The term starts automatically on the first school day.

Relocation consultation

Included

A 45-minute briefing before the move

Included if you'd like it, for families enrolling at least one child full-time for at least one term (not short stays). You tick the session in the application form, and after acceptance and payment of the enrolment fee you get a 45-minute personal briefing – practical advice on the move, schooling and everyday life in Spain. Held at a time that suits you, in person or online.

The briefing is general guidance from the school and does not replace legal or financial advice. Read more about the briefing.

Applies with at least one child enrolled full-time for at least one term – not for short stays. Booked after admission and payment of the enrolment fee, on-site or online. Read what we cover.

Consent and submission

Contact the principal to apply

If you have any questions about your application, you are always welcome to contact the school's principal.

More answers about levels, short-term enrolment, several children and the agreement are on our questions and answers page.

Frequently asked questions

Is the application binding?

No. The application registers your interest in a place — we come back with a decision and go through the choices with you before school starts.

How long does the form take?

About five minutes. What you enter is saved continuously in your browser, so you can pause and continue later.

What happens after we submit?

We review the application manually. The school gets in touch about a visit or a conversation, the next steps and the decision about a place and a start date — you do not need to book anything yourself.

How long does it take to hear back?

We review every application manually and get back to you with a decision and a start date. If you haven't heard from us, just get in touch and we will check.

Can we apply during the term?

Yes. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and starting mid-term is fine when a place is available. In the form you choose the term and start date, and the date is checked against the school calendar.

School year dates

What if the child has no Swedish personal ID number?

Enter the date of birth and passport details instead. NIE and local registration are usually arranged in connection with the move and do not need to be in place when you apply.

About NIE and registration

Can we apply for several children at once?

Yes. Several children can be included in the same form, and you can add one or two guardians.

Can we add another child after we have applied?

Yes. Get in touch and we will add the sibling to your existing application — you do not need to start a new form.

Contact us

Can we change something in an application we have already sent?

Yes. Contact us with what needs changing — year group, start date, contact details or sport choices — and we will update the application for you.
